Q. How much will my credit card be billed?
A. The set up fees are outlined in the section: Package Pricing. The set up fee includes the first month's hosting. After the first month, the monthly hosting fee will be prorated until the end of the month, depending on how many days it is until the end of the month. Then, future billing will ALL be done on the 1st of each month.

Q. How long will it take to build my site?
A. An outline of the timeframe can be viewed in the section How It Works. The timeframe is dependent on which package is chosen and the time it takes to get content from the customer. If you don't submit your content, the timeframe is delayed. If all content is submitted in a timely manner, then it will take the following:

• Starter Site: 5-10 business days
• Mid Size: 10-15 business days
• Corporate: 15-20 business days

Q. My site is live but I can't see it in the search engines. Why not?
A. Just by registering a domain name and building a website does not guarantee the site will be indexed by the search engines right away. The search engines such as Yahoo! and Google both send out little processors called spiders that crawl the web looking for pages. Your site will get crawled by the spiders, but it could take up to 2 weeks before your site is indexed. We do offer an option for search engine optimization that will submit a sitemap to Google and register your website. Please review the Options section for more information.

Q. How do I make changes to my site?
A. There are three options for making changes to your website.
Option 1) The first option is to upgrade your packge to the Corporate package. This package includes 2 hours of changes per month to existing pages. This does not include adding new pages, but includes changing text and images on existing pages.
Option 2) We offer a content management software that will allow you to login to your account and make changes to your site via a web based administration area that works like MS Word. No html knowledge is required. See Options for pricing of this option
Option 3) We can make changes on a smaller scale with a minimum $35 fee. The number of changes may incur additional costs. This will be determined by your client liason

Q. Can I add more pages to my site?
A. Yes. For an additional set up fee, we can add more pages to your website. However, if the number of pages increases to the next package, your hosting fee will increase. For instance, if you are currently on the Starter Package (2 pages) and you want to add 3 more pages, your account will automatically be bumped up to the Mid Size package and the fees will be increased accordingly.

Q. What other enhancements do you offer?
A. We offer a number of different options to enhance your website. Some of these include: flash animation, ecommerce shopping carts, article manager so you can add news or company articles, content management software so you can manage page content, and more. Please see the OPTIONS sections for more information and pricing

Q. Are the images on my website registered and protected?
A. Yes. All images used on the websites are paid for by Great BiZDesigns and are owned by Great BiZDesigns.

Q. What if I don't want my web site anymore. What do I do?
A. Each contract is for one year. When that year is up, please contact our customer support department and cancel your account. Once the account is cancelled, your credit card information will not be billed and your site will be removed from the server.

Q. Can I move my website to another server?
A. Once the year term has been completed, you can move the site to another server for a one time fee depending on the site of your website. The following are fees for sending you the files for your website:

• Starter Package: $100
• Mid Size: $150
• Corporate: $250

Q. Do you take payments other than credit cards?
A. We can take a check for the initial set up. However, we require a credit card for the monthly hosting and maintenance fees.

Q. How can I see how many people are visiting my site?
A. For an additional $75 fee, we can set up Google tracking which tracks visitors coming to your site. You will get your own access to Google Analytics to review your traffic. Google Analytics is not just for a Google tracking; it's for all internet traffic to your site. Read more about Google Analytics here

Q. What if there isn't a template that fits my business, but I don't want to pay for a custom designed website. What are my options?
A. If you don't see a template that will fit your business, please contact our client liason for information about customizing a different template or to review our custom designs.
